Speaker Information
Joyce Turcotte, RDH, M.Ed.
President of Professional Learning Services, LLC, an educational and consulting service, established in 1987. Joyce conducts dental hygiene refresher programs, seminars, workshops and CPR on an ongoing basis. She lectures nationally on various dental hygiene topics.
Joyce has 35 years of clinical practice and teaching experience. Her current appointments as a dental hygiene adjunct faculty are with Nova University, Department of Periodontics and Broward College, Department of Dental Hygiene. Joyce recently retired as an adjunct clinical instructor from Tunxis Community College, Department of Dental Hygiene after 27 years. She has served as president for both the Connecticut Dental Hygiene Association and the American Academy of Dental Hygiene. She received her degrees from Temple University, University of Bridgeport and New York City Community College.

Cathie Collier, RDH, B.Ed.
Cathie is trained and certified in Occupational and Bloodborne Pathogens and lectures on this topic frequently. Through her 30 plus years as an educator she has presented programs for hygienist throughout the United States. Cathie’s recent experiences include being an educational consultant and national lecture for PDT Instruments, Palmero Healthcare and Patterson Dental. She currently serves as clinical instructor at Lincoln College and as a CPR faculty trainer for the Emergency Care Institute. She received her bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene Education from Fones School of Dental Hygiene where she served as clinic coordinator.
Credit Information
Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The College is a member of the Association for Continuing Dental Education, approved AGD/PACE program 
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be done via telephone, fax, email or mail with simply the participant's name and course enrolled. For most courses, cancellations must be received 5 working days prior to the start of a course. Cancellations received after this deadline will result in a 25% penalty. Registration fees will be forfeited for "no-shows". Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed.
